Delighted to report that Joan is set to appear in a new film written by Charles Casillo entitled " Dogs in Pocketbooks".. The film a satire will follow the exploits in and out of rehab etc by an actress Amber Lynn Cox looking for work, played by starlet Lydia Hearst Shaw. Joan will play Clarissa Self a high powered Hollywood agent, who is struggling to keep her troubled star in work. Lydia no stranger to the media herself is a top fashion model who has won model of the year at the 2008 Michael Awards and Best International Supermodel in Madrid. 1. Oh yeah, bound to be a hit. Joan is - what 1930s Hollywood labelled - 'box office poison'...every film she appears in bombs. And as for her playing "an aggressive, sexy, powerful woman", isn't it a bit creepy/unseemly having a near octogenarian trying to pull that off? Deluded...
